The City does not maintain the trees between the sidewalk and the street on Adams. The trees and brush are overgrown with invasive species and the local residents are spending hours and money trying to maintain the weeds/trees that are impeding their property. The sidewalk is not accessible because the City has not maintained their portion of the land between the sidewalk and the street.
3-4 large dogs in fenced in back yard. Dog waste accumulates and smells so bad that the neighbors can't sit outside. Complainants say they have called animal control several times. HAND has also referred 3 previous complaints to animal control with no response. JIM: Please let me know if this is something we can address (or need to, based on investigating the complaint) through BMC & Animal control or if it has to become a civil matter between the neighbors. Dead deer on high St across from 1907 s high. Expired on 10-8.
A possum got in out air conditioning vents and we have tried to work with our management company and their maintenance guy on removing the animal when we first heard it and spotted it. They did nothing about it and now they is a strong odor coming into the house through the vents. After countless times of trying to reach both the maintenance guy and Action Properties Management, the smell is now getting worse from the animal dying in the vents and rotting and they are still taking no action. I want to file a complaint since now it is becoming a health concern and this company is being careless of our health.
Jeanette Schuler, 2389 Winding Brook Circle, continually has her dog Teddy off leash. This morning it was on my deck barking at my dog indoors. She can't clean up after her dog if she is not there or cannot see him

The residents at 1312 S Winfield are allowing their dog roam the neighborhood. We have spoken with them, along with other neighbors, but our concerns seem to be ignored. Tonight, the dog was digging in our yard. Thank you.
