I have complained 50 times in the last ten years about my neighbor overgrown yard especially the bamboo which I have to cut back every month or risk it taking over my yard , and in those ten years only one time has the city done anything . The owner was issued a warning in August I believe but she still hasn’t cut down the bamboo or the extreme overgrowth on our property line wich hangs over onto my roof. I am incredibly frustrated that I can't get an answer to my initial uReport. Most recently, RayeAnn Cox responded to the wrong ticket. Please don't close the case before I have a chance to respond! She responded to someone else's uReport, not mine. Mine was 181440 (NOT 181441). I then followed that up (because I got no satisfactory response) with 181592. Can someone please reply WITHOUT closing the case?
