Other: I am incredibly frustrated that I can't get an answer to my initial uReport. Most recently, RayeAnn Cox responded to the wrong ticket. Please don't close the case before I have a chance to respond! She responded to someone else's uReport, not mine. Mine was 181440 (NOT 181441). I then followed that up (because I got no satisfactory response) with 181592. Can someone please reply WITHOUT closing the case?

Her previous Ureport (181440) WAS still open until we got further information. I responded to Ureport 181440 with; Jane, per our Director of Street Operations, we are getting into contact with the contractor. This job is NOT complete. Ms. Goodman, The uReport you sent in yesterday (9/21/2022) stated that your previous uReport had been #181441. uReport #181441 had been assigned to Ms. Cox in Parking Enforcement, and that is why the uReport you sent in yesterday was also routed there. It appears that you wish to make a complaint to the Street Dept, so that is where I will send this uReport. If you would like to discuss an issue with a City Department, you can always feel free to reach out via telephone or email as well. Thank you.
