Other: This is a followup to uReport Case # 181026, which was closed by Chris Axsom without giving me a chance to respond. The old WPA limestone sidewalks on just half a block of W 13th were not replaced, and this is how they were left. The contractor told me the City had no more money to complete this half block. Please follow up with me and please don't close the case again until we have had a chance to discuss this. I can't understand why this last half block was not replaced, nor why the connection between new and old parts was so poorly done. Thank you.
