The renter has had eight tires sitting in front of his garage since August of 2023. He has been asked to remove them but he only parked his huge white SUV in front of them. 1. they are unsightly 2. during the warm months the mosquitos will breed in the trapped water.

There is a homeless person sleeping in the bridge/walkway from the 4th Street parking garage. They are wearing charcoal colored jeans, appear to have a white undershirt and a black one over it. He had his head covered with a black zip-up hoodie, so I couldn't see his face.
At the residence 131 N Hillsdale, the tenets have not picked up their trash cans in weeks and they've become an eyesore. Hoping an individual can come out and let the renters know that these need to taken up into their driveway after trash day on Wednesday mornings. Thanks.

The apartment development on Gourley Pike has just poured a curb that impedes access to W. Cascade Ave. The curb extends into the approach to W. Cascade. There is no longer room for 2 cars to pass one another simultaneously to enter the street
Hello! Our trash can was damaged during our last trash pickup. It was fine the night before and we found it the next morning shortly after pickup with the lid torn off. All of the surrounding cans were fine. I’ve attached a photo for reference! I was able to put the lid back on, but it is cracked and definitely not secure/safely usable for the long term. Last week there was a water main issue on N Kinser Pike very close to the entrance of Upper Cascades Park. There is a deep cut made in the pavement as you are driving N that will make you get new tires and an alignment. The signage is good but that doesn't go far enough. THE HOLE NEEDS ABOUT 4 INCHES OF FILLER AND SMOOTHED. THANKS. I'd say we could bury some evidence in it..but I'm not sure that's a good idea. Because I live next to Cascades Golf Course and many, many people drive that portion of Kinser Pike please HURRY UP..
