Yesterday, for the first time, my garbage container was emptied but not my recyclables bin--they were out together. As it is full, I either need an extra pickup--or to be able to leave another container (old trash barrel)of recyclables out next Wednesday. Thanks, Jim Barnes, 1305 S. I live between Kenwood Dr. and 16th Street where it intersects with Madison Avenue. Kenwood Dr. and 16th street are both very small, and I have a couple of reasons to think that they should be made one ways. I have had multiple times where I have been trying to turn into Kenwood Dr. from Madison, and had a car blocking my way because they were coming out that way. Similarly, I have not been able to get into my parking lot on 16th street because of someone coming from Madison as I was coming in from Woodburn Avenue. It would really help the flow of traffic if there were one way signs, and clearer street signs in this area, and prevent traffic blocks on these small roads. On Kenwood drive, there is an apartment complex with diagonal parking, facing east. I have noticed that the car on the end has a lot of dings, from people turning into their car. I think this is happening because of the fact that when another car is blocking your way, you have to make a wide turn into Kenwood Dr. and then the person's car is in the crossfire. I hope this is clear enough evidence and that it will be taken into consideration.

Woods Edge Way. One pothole mid way on street. Another larger one hear the intersection of Woods Edge Bend.
There is a very damaged car parked in front of our house for about a month and a half now. Not only is the car parked and has not moved, but it’s too close to the stop sign on the corner of 16th and Washington and is parked in the yellow. License plate is 914NMA.
