618 E. Atwater The roof has to be on the verge of collapse. If someone were to enter this structure, who knows what could happen to them. Beyond the fact that it is blight right in the middle of one of the most important parts of the city, the property and the structure is a danger to anyone near it. Please do something about this. It has been sitting like this entirely too long.
There has been trash from a previous tenant outside of this vacant apartment and a couch at the front of this property for over a month. All of this was left at the front of the property and the landlord had it moved to the back. Trash and debris have been blowing from this pile of litter.
My neighbors consistently have their trash and recycling bins kept at the curb. They do not bring them back towards the house at all. There is a cluster of about 4-6 bins that are always on the street. Right now several are knocked over and trash is being strewn around. Please enforce that they need to bring their bins off the curb.

This place is filthy! There is shit everywhere and they even have little kids playing around in trash. There car plates expired in May. WTF Bloomington? Why aren't they being forced to clean up their shithole? Why isn't someone checking on the wellbeing of their children? Why are they still driving with long expired temp tags? FFS do something
I wonder what can be done about 2102 E. Wimbleton Lane in southeast Bloomington. No one has lived there a several years. Someone does cut the lawn, but the house is aging and in disrepair. In the past months, the gutter over the garage is falling off and the house is becoming a real eye-sore. Can anything be done to locate the owners and have them keep up maintenance on the house? On walnut street pike just north of peppergrass entrance there is the back side of apartment complex. The dumpster is broken in sections and there are hundreds of bags of trash. Can see from street - ugly disgusting sight and health hazard. Please send someone to check it out. Just across street from a church Apostolic Bible Church located at 3291 S. WALNUT STREET PIKE.. Please clean this up. Owners should be fined. Getting worse and been there for month. Thanks
