With the prolonged closure of W17th St, is it possible to change the pavement markings on Crescent Rd at it's intersection with Fountain Dr? Eliminating the left turn lane on Crescent Rd, leaving just a single lane on Crescent Rd would greatly improve the turning radius from Fountain Dr onto Crescent Rd. With the construction of I69 there is very minimal traffic turning right from Crescent Rd to Fountain Dr, not enough to justify a dedicated lane. Thanks!

111? E. Kirkwood: Some sort of restaurant runoff (floor cleaning water?) is dumped from behind Opi Taylor's/Malibu. This goes on year round, but creates a sheet of ice in the winter (as it is today). The water runs/ices in front of an empty lot, so no one deals with the sidewalk. It's approx. 111? E. Kirkwood, just past the alley behind Book Corner, just at the start of the parking lot next to CVS. I originally reported this in 2017, I guess before it was cold. ureport#161324 and I was told it was runoff from an AC unit, which I think we can be sure is not the case in today's weather. I'm a daily walker from the near westside to campus. This is an ongoing problem. I really would like someone to just take some responsibility for either the initial liquid or the ice that results. The sidewalk widening project along S. Henderson St. is extremely dangerous for pedestrians and a hazard for vehicles pulling in and out of Winslow Plaza as well. The contractor dug 2' deep x 2' footings for new curbs at the sidewalks crossing the entrances to Winslow Plaza and put up now warning signs, barricades, cones, or caution tape. No sidewalk closed signs have been put up. Who is supervising this project?

Pothole is about 9 inches deep directly across from the new apartment development Union on Crescent. I hit it in my car Monday night, 7:00 pm, and it damaged my car's front right wheel. There is no street light and it is totally invisible at night. This is a high traffic area and in taking this picture I witnessed several vehicles hit the pothole very hard. The apartment development has had a lot of heavy trucks over the past 6 months. They should be liable for the surrounding roads.

Northbound Patterson at 2nd Street has been malfunctioning for a week now. Intermittently it doesn't turn green for several cycles. Traffic backs up to Allen St. Southbound Patterson will get all green, but northbound will only get a flashing yellow left turn arrow. Cannot believe that this has been going on for week.

I wanted to bring something to your attention. The new light at Rockport & Tapp is nice, but was not the most cyclist friendly yesterday (Sunday, 11/25/2018) morning. I came in and out of town on a group ride via Rockport. We were only four cyclists, so not a big group. In both directions, the light took quite a while to turn for us (with no other traffic around). Then, once we got the green light, it already turned yellow before we were 1/3 of the way (or maybe 1/2 way) into the intersection. A very short light. As a group, we basically communicated, "Green, let's go - hurry up, yellow already!" My concern is a cyclist trying to get through that light, and it turns green for east/west traffic on Tapp before the cyclist can even clear half of the intersection. (Which, with the heavy fog yesterday and the crest of a hill to the west on Tapp, we were concerned). I told my mother about the timing of the light and she said on Saturday she was the third car at a red light on Rockport and the light turned yellow before she could get through the intersection. Maybe the City is still fine tuning things . . .

Miller Pipeline has started working our neighborhood, and I've seen several of their trucks driving along Queens Way and Montclair at speeds probably above the school zone limit. This is happening right around the time lots of kids and families are walking through the neighborhood down to Childs Elementary. Can the city talk with Miller Pipeline and remind them of the school zone speed limits, or perhaps station some officers in the neighborhood during the morning?
