The Highland St. side of 1216 E. 2nd St has trees and vines 4 feet into the roadway. With no sidewalk, pedestrian must move far out into the street. Cars cannot park. Parking sign is obscured. Street sweepers swing around the area, creating ever more debris in the gutter.
Resident's bushes are growing over the sidewalk and obstructing foot traffic.

On S. Fess on the west side of the street, between 2nd and Hunter, between the sidewalk and the curb, you fill find the scene as shown in the attached photo. It appears a water meter lid is missing and there are some pieces that look askew. This is a large, deep hole that could seriously injure someone who steps into it.
Leaves raked to side of road in Park Ridge East in area not yet collected in leaf map over weekend. With snow please make sure still collected!! Whether that means waiting to melt or if can with snow. Thank you! Took forever.
111? E. Kirkwood: Some sort of restaurant runoff (floor cleaning water?) is dumped from behind Opi Taylor's/Malibu. This goes on year round, but creates a sheet of ice in the winter (as it is today). The water runs/ices in front of an empty lot, so no one deals with the sidewalk. It's approx. 111? E. Kirkwood, just past the alley behind Book Corner, just at the start of the parking lot next to CVS. I originally reported this in 2017, I guess before it was cold. ureport#161324 and I was told it was runoff from an AC unit, which I think we can be sure is not the case in today's weather. I'm a daily walker from the near westside to campus. This is an ongoing problem. I really would like someone to just take some responsibility for either the initial liquid or the ice that results. There is a lot of snow/ice around the West 12th Street and West Georgia Avenue area.
The attached photo shows the detour for the B-Line Trail (closed for Switchyard construction) around 11am today. I had to carry my bike across the void. I am concerned that someone with accessibility issues who cannot lift their bike, or is in a wheelchair, would not be able to get by. The sidewalk on the opposite side of the road is closed as well. This is the west side of Rogers just north of the Rockport intersection. I do not see how this is allowed to happen.
Lime scooter laying in the parkway in front of 802 W 7th St for a week. It was blocking sidewalk then someone moved it.
The sidewalk on the south side of W Third in the 300 block has a section covered in sand and mud. Not sure who is responsible for upkeep but this is an ongoing problem with runoff from the County convention Center's parking lot washing mud and sand down on the walk. If there is not a permanent solution it needs to be cleaned off frequently.
