Debris Removal (Sand, General Street Debris)

Hello,
I noticed this weekend that someone has abandoned a shopping cart across from my house. I live at 1409 South Grant Street, and the cart is near a No Parking sign just south of 1412 South Grant, the house just north of the Hillside/Grant intersection.
It’s actually very odd because it is actually about ½ a shopping cart. The front end seems to have been cut off. Thanks for your help! jav
P.S. My cell number is 812-650-2128 if you need more info.

There is a section of 'street' between Dunn and Henderson that I believe was supposed to be a continuation of E Wilson Street. It is just a grass area that the city owns. However, the city is doing no maintenance on this piece of property. There is a dead pine tree that needs to be removed and a very large maple tree that is overgrown and threatening to drop branches onto cars. This tree also present a health issue in that there is a large poison ivy vine growing up the tree. I have tried calling the city forester multiple times without response. Can the one tree be removed, the other pruned and cleared of poison ivy, and the grass on this city land occasionally mowed?

On south Lincoln, just south of Driscoll there is a semi trailer parked, without a truck. It has been there about a week. It makes it near impossible to see oncoming traffic when pulling out of Driscoll onto Lincoln. Isn't there a parking ordinance prohibiting semi trailer long term parking?

A resident of 703 W Sixth St routinely parks her car facing the wrong way in front of her apartment house. The car, a small grey Ford, is often left this way overnight. License plate - 223LI.

On the north side of Grimes the sidewalk is blocked by a tree branch hanging down and touching the ground. I had to go out into the street to get around. This was west of Henderson, and I think it was a little east of Palmer.

This property has been overgrown for several weeks. Not sure if they've even mowed this year yet.

Status says case #168693 is closed yet this semi continues to block traffic by parking on the wrong side of the road as we as blocking city bus stop. Approximately 7:30 am Tuesdays. Very dangerous. Manager of stores does not understand why truck does not use lot as they used to do. I have lived on Lincoln and driven by this location for 6 years, this has just started in the last month or so.

There are some growing potholes on Grimes a little bit east of Walnut (east of the gas station). The pot holes have been growing lately and are in the west bound lane.

1115 S Walnut, Circle S and the corner of grimes and walnut. 7:30 am. Semi parked on the wrong side of the road on grimes. The truck is headed east, parked in west bound lane.
The truck parks there to make a delivery rather than parking in the lot. Driver headed towards walnut have drive in eastbound lane to pass, blocking that lane. The truck is also blocking the city bus stop.
I am sure that the truck is gone by the time this report is received, but the when I asked the manager about this since it is happening every Tuesday, he replied that is the way that company does it and people will just have to be patient.
I disagree. This is not a beer truck on walnut where there are two other lanes to get around. This is a semi truck parked on the wrong side of a small road blocking traffic and a city bus stop even though there is ample space in the parking lot to do their job.
