A Ford Country Squire Station wagon appears to have been abandoned on the street in front on my house in the 1200 block of South Washington Street. The car has not been moved since July 24th. South Fess Avenue has neighbors parking on both sides of the street despite having driveways. This is not just a tight squeeze for a normal car to get through, but the mail man cannot get through, and emergency vehicles like an ambulance or fire truck certainly would not be able to. Could a “no parking” sign on one side of the street be looked into for the safety of the South Fess residents and for Templeton Elementary School?
1231 S. Fess has a large tree branch down that hangs into the street. Parking is at a premium in this area.
Homeowner at 1251 W Countryside Ln contacted CBU Eng Dept on 5/9/19 @ 1:35pm regarding a drainage concern. Drainage ditch running between his home and the neighboring home to the West is holding water. He is concerned for public safety with mosquitos and such since the water is holding for long periods of time. He would like an Engineer to contact him and meet him on site to see what can be done to correct the problem. Tonia advised the homeowner that the Engineer was not back in the office until 5/13/19. He stated that he understood and that he did not have any immediate concerns about waiting until next week.
The water meter in the front yard of the home I am renting has been flooded since we moved in earlier this month. A neighbor informed us the unit was hit by a large riding lawnmower and has been leaking water since (no date). I do not wish to have my yard flooded as it is a waste of water and a potential hazard to the neighborhood

It appears to have flat tires and dirt accumulated underneath the vehicle which is not appealing when trying to show this shared property.
Earlier this year I reported a vehicle parking on the pedestrian/cycling path connecting West Countryside Ln. to the Country View Apts. I observed a vehicle again blocking the path this Saturday, 17 November 2018 at approximately 2:30pm (uReport Case #163304). I have seen this particular vehicle parked on the path a number of times since the house was built adjacent to the path. Considering your suggestion from the previous incident, I have attached a photo of the offending vehicle. From the license plate, the operator appears to be connected with law enforcement (license plate LE8928). I find this very disturbing that an individual who should be setting an example for the community is using a pedestrian path for convenience. I would like to point out that I occasionally ride my bicycle on this path and have observed pedestrians on it as well. Also, there is plenty of street parking in this part of the neighborhood in front of the houses, i.e., I don't see lack of available parking as an excuse.
