East Bound Rhorer between Walnut Street Pike and Benson Ct, very large and deep pothole. Cannot avoid without crossing center line.

Intersection of 3rd and Pete Ellis is dangerous. Often a line for a left hand turn from 3rd develops to enter the B N parking lot. Island on 3rd doesn't allow traffic to get out of way from through traffic. Problem results in sudden braking and traffic congestion into College Mall and 3rd intersection.
