The accidents at Smith and Morningside need to stop. Another just happened. PLEASE put solar flashers on the Smith stop signs or even cross flags to get folks to actually stop there appropriately. Dangerous for cars. Deadly for bikers.

There is a big piece of steel rebar sticking out of the sidewalk near the eastern entrance to 2427 E 2nd Street. It's become a safety issue for cars and pedestrian as many kids walk through there to get to the elementary school. Unsure if since it's an IU office if it's IU property? Norway Spruce near Bryan Park tennis court has another tree growing under it, and some other saplings and weeds. Please suggest to Parks & Rec to have an employee uproot that other tree and weed around the spruce. Thanks!
