Hello, For the last 2+ weeks a large blue and cream area rug has been spread on the south side of the lawn at 1412 South Grant Street. Early on, it was in good enough shape to possibly appeal to a passer by, but it has now been ruined by rain. Intersection of E St. Remy and Smith, extremely dangerous pulling onto Smith from st. Remy. Can’t see cars traveling down hills on Smith.
Significant car backup at 10th&Smith on Smith waiting at stop sign to turn either direction on 10th.

"We Buy Houses" sign lying on big stones at the corner of College Mall Road and the entrance to Five Guys. Same sign attached to a pole on E Third, between Panera and The Funeral Chapel across from MacDonald's. Have a contractor remove the sign, send the bill to the advertiser! New signs seem to be popping up daily.

Cars often seem to be parked on the lawn in front of this house on weekends and evenings.
The unleashed and unattended dogs aggressively barked and chased me again today. Please send a warning to the dog owner. Patrolling is not enough.
