The street lights on S Mitchell St never come on at night. I am not 100% sure if they are city-maintained or not, though, but was unsure about where else to report this issue.

Hi, W 3rd just before Roselawn cemetary, there is an alley that leads to 4th St. It would be great to have a sign that faces W with a bike on it pointing toward 4th St. It would help bicyclists coming from Patterson addition and the soon-to-be affordable project at Walker, cycle on 4th St to town and IU rather than going the wrong way on 3rd Street. Our shower has flooded with water and fecal matter twice in the past two days.

The alley behind Beechwood 1 and 2 apartments on 2nd St are getting washed out and some of the holes are getting almost too bad to drive on. This is the alley between Grant St and Lincoln St. Thanks!

The front cement area at the end of the driveway (on city street) is deteriorating, very unsightly, and could be a safety issue.

There is a blue Pontiac license plate 606MEK that expired 2016 parked in front of 3141 Piccadilly Street

There are several large and deep potholes are located on Cory Ln, between 2nd and 3rd. The street was repaired a few months back but there are new potholes. One is 3-4 inches deep and quite large around. It is impossible for two-way traffic to be on the road at the same time. Thank you.

There is a tree falling down on in front of 312-314 South Henderson St. that seems to have hit an electrical pole. If it were to fall any further it would be blocking the street.
