I was billed for 3000 gallons of water in a month that I used less than 100. Both the meter and the next bill I received reflect this. I assumed I would be credited for the overpayment when the meter was checked again, but that did not happen.
I tried to log into my COB account so I could pay my utility bill that is due on Tuesday (11/26/2019) and when I entered my account information and pressed login it presented the dialogue in the picture that is attached to this message. I wish that on the online billing for water/sewer bills you could set it up to allow you in advance to pick the date to pay your bill like other companies do like Vectren and Duke. At this time if you want to pay your bill on the due date you have to wait til the due date to pay it. Very inconvenient. I like going on line and set up manually when to pay my bills but can't do this with Bloomington utilities.

For three months I have been unable to get into esuite to see how much I owe. The site says my login info is invalid, and when I request the info be sent to my email, it never arrives. I have been paying a historical amount through my bank, but would like to be able to verify.
Why do I need a password to pay my bill. This is very stupid.
