Complaint that two platted wlking traills in Walnut Creek did not have mulch on path as required by covenants.
The Grandview Neighborhood has contacted Council Member Matt Pierce about the construction noise coming from the rock smashers at the Don Mitchell property. Apparently the construction has been going well into the night seven days a week. It appears that if the equipment has factory mufflers then construction equipment is exempted from the ordinance. Matt wanted HAND to try some gentle suasion and appeals to being a good neighbor. He is also looking into amending the ordinance.

Ms. Thomas requested the authority to place ribbons on utility poles and trees in reocgnition of sexual assault awareness month.
Ms. Ritter was visiting the IU campus and central Bloomington area for a science fair at the geology building. She said she could not find a place to park for 15 minutes and finally parked in a neighborhood and received a ticket.
Ms. Middendorf lost a set of keys and is inquiring if there is a lost and found.
Said that the ticket appeal website is not working.
Mr. Bassett wants to know if there is a way that a hold can be placed on parking tickets b/c he is currently paying off other tickets.
Melissa found a website from the City of Denver that contained recycling information for citizens. She recommends that the City of Bloomington adopt something similar.
