Call received to HAND from adjacent property owner. There is also a uReport under address 812 W 3rd that is duplicative.
People are living year-round in an RV parked on an unimproved surface at 220 S. Maple Street. They have been there for about 18 months. I previously reported them to H.AN.D. and the city's legal department. There are also 3-5 other cars parked in the small property lot at all times. The man is apparently fixing cars for others. Various articles and garbage bags are often strewn about. Their has been many domestic violence and nuisance reports to the police and fire department during this time.

The bus stop “landing pad” outside of our entrance on East Second Street needs to be replaced with perhaps concrete instead of the current asphalt. The asphalt is crumbling and ground is being pushed up and over the curb as a result. It’s a muddy mess and unsightly.
The condition of the street has deteriorated a great deal since the photo in the report was taken. The asphalt is gone and the mud in now over the curb and onto the grass.

Garbage guys are starting to leave cans in the road. This blocks alleys and parking spaces. This is not just one week or one incident. It is becoming the norm for some of the cans. It can’t be that much trouble to put them back
where they were. This is a fairly recent problem at this scale of incidents. I have to get out of my vehicle to enter some of the alleys in my neighborhood.
This is Fairview 300 block but it is all over the area. A simple word will probably solve this.
