It is impossible to continue to walk on E. Second just past the wooden foot bridge, going towards the intersection of High and Second, because of these branches. Per complaintant e-mail, "I live at 102 S. Waldron Street here in Bloomington. My neighbor at 907 W. Kirkwood has a giant dead tree, with nothing living on it except a very impressive poison ivy vine that must be a few decades old, as it’s vine at the tree’s base is as big as my forearm. This noxious plant drops dead tree and spreads poison ivy on my property and my neighbor’s property (100 S. Waldron)."
