"Dear Mr. Hamilton, As my council representative has been ineffective and unsuccessful in dealing with this problem, I am calling on your office for help. For over two years the resident of 1316 South Palmer Avenue has been running a used car lot at his house. There are usually no less than six cars parked in front of his house and across the street from his house at any one time. At least one or two usually have no plates. In addition, his yard is a total mess. He doesn't care about the trash that accumulates in it. If this were a problem in Elm Heights, it would have been taken care of in one day. I understand that one can sell a car from one's property, but this man needs to find a lot that is zoned for selling multiple used cars, and move his business to that place. Please help in moving this used car lot from our street. It is an eye sore and it brings down my property value. Concerned about stores leaving, like book stores, k-mart, sears. What are we doing to address this?

I'm currently on bus 0345 with a female driver going eastbound towards Fountain Park. She was just incredibly, incredibly rude to a fellow bus rider. She threw her hands in the air when the new rider did not immediately have their ID in hand, mentioning "this isnt a taxi service" and just overall being very disrespectful. Her attitude was very unprofessional and I could tell the other rider was very uncomfortable.

I would like to make a suggestion for a bus stop at Bryan Park. I know many IU students who park at that location and walk to campus and it would be a convenience for them to be able to ride a bus in bad weather conditions, as well as a safety for them after dark. I appreciate the consideration!

NW corner 1st and Henderson. A very large and very dead maple tree hangs over sidewalk and street. Neighbors are very concerned about falling dead limbs or possibly the entire tree given we are headed into the windy/icy/snow season.

the bushes at the southeast corner on the property have become so over grown that they are causing a line of sight problem when pulling onto Rogers from Prospect.

M. Symmonds emailed the City through the E-Government Web Site regarding a Jeep that is parked on the sidewalk, therefore, blocking the sidewalk on North Forrest Avenue behind the closed the Beta Theta Pi fraternity house.

Brian Kleber, 2455 E. Rogers Road, contacted Ron Walker regarding a pile of grass clipping and brush in the street plot next to 2508 Populars Court. Can you have a member of your staff investigate to determine if this is an encroachment issue or a HAND-tiltle 6 issue.
