Sidewalks along W 14th St between Madison and College have not been cleared. The landlords did have their parking lots maintained but they piled the snow into tall embankments on the sidewalks and didn't touch the sidewalks at all. It's a big concern because the guests of these units routinely are parking in the street in the narrowly cleared area making it barely passable for cars while pedestrians also are trying to walk on the street.

Daphne called and reported an unhoused camp that has popped up at the abandoned Arby's property. She reported there is excessive trash.

Phone call to HAND re: trash and mattress in alley between 1004 and 1006 S Palmer has been left for several months. The caller said he lives next door and saw the person who lives at 1004 S Palmer put it out in the alley.

Rental (duplex) has been vacant since Aug 2023. Since end of May 2024 there has been trash piled on the porch and backyard, left by squatters. It was cleaned up in June and trash is there again. Also it appears that someone is living in the back garage, which does not have doors and was supposed to be boarded up by the owner.
