We have a window that faces their side porch where they put their trash bags. On multiple occasions we have seen 1-3 rats rummaging through their garbage. Neighborlink Report Location of your Problem: 3603 S Kingsbury Ave Details: There is a house on our street, S Kingsbury Ave, that has been empty since November 2009 when the owner, Phyllis Phillips died. Different people from the neighborhood have mowed the front area from time to time. The house has several dead trees that need to be removed, lots of limbs and just recently a large part of the tree in the front yard came down in the winds and is still there. It makes the neighborhood look bad. We are hoping you will be able to help get our street looking good again! Location of your Problem: 1821 and 1824 E Thornton Drive Details: I live on East Thornton Drive in Beechwood Manor II. I have a copy of the ordinance for our neighborhood (found in plat book 7, page 99). The ordinance states that "Every dwelling shall have a ...driveway... All residents are to park off the street on these drives..." Two of my neighbors regularly park thier cars on the street. House 1821 parks one of their cars on the street, and house 1824 parks 2 cars on the street. This is becoming an issue because snow plows cannot clear snow effectively and the trash trucks need to pull back and forth multiple times to turn around in the cul-de-sac. Location of your Problem: 2112 Montclair Avenue Details: I'd like to make you aware of house at 2112 Montclair Avenue, which is on the corner of Montclair Court. The house is on a corner lot and the lot is filled with debris of various kinds, among them two pallets of yard rocks that have been spilling out onto the street for years, as well as discarded garden netting, piles of tree branches, tarps, an unmowed dirt mound, and so on. I live in Sycamore Knolls near the property and pass by the property and Montclair Court every day, and not only my family but also several of my neighbors talk about it as an unfortunate eyesore that, frankly, doesn't reflect the care that the rest of the neighborhood is trying to maintain. Can something be done, particularly about all of the debris that is on the side of their house open to Montclair Court? My hope is that some reasonable and diplomatic way to resolve this situation can be found, or at least that the owners can clear some of the debris from their property. Thank you.

Elliston Drive, multiple visitors to this property at all hours of the day, individuals waiting in cars outside regularly who do not live there. Please keep anonymous, but want to encourage late night police presence or periodic visits to ensure neighborhood safety.

Location of your Problem: 1211 E Elliston Drive Details: This property appears to have transitioned to a residential rental in a primarily single family residential neighborhood. Normally not a problem, however, on a regular basis there are upwards of 7 to 10 cars parked in and around this property. Often they are parked facing the opposite direction of traffic and one truck appears to be a trash dump for the property. Please look into this and confirm if A) this is a legal occupancy per HAND, B) is the parking of so many vehicles permitted?, C) Are there any solid waste concerns for storing a property's trash in a truck on the street?
