Ms. McGlaun stated she was billed for tenant's delinquent payments after his moving from her property. Does not feel she should be liable since she was not notified promptly of delinquent bill.
MR. FITZGERALD CALLED ON 11/10/97 AND WROTE A LETTER RE. HIS ACCT. HE STATED THAT DEVELOPER OF SHERWOOD HILLS CONDOMINIUM CAUSED EROSION ON HIS PROPERTY. MR. BLACKWELL INSTALLED NEW SOD ON MR. FITZGERALD'S PROPERTY; THEREFORE, MR. BLACKWELL WATERED HIS LAWN EXTENSIVELY. MR. FITZGERALD IS REQUESTING THAT HIS SEWER BILL BE REDUCED TO THE AMOUNT OF THE SUMMER MONTHS. MR. BLACKWELL ASKED THAT THIS REQUEST BE PRESENTED TO THE UTILITIES SERVICE BOARD.

Customer stated they are going to have to install all new water lines due to over 5 line breaks during a 2 year period. Customer says they will not be able to pay for new line and pay utility charges at the same time.
Customer questions $50.00 misc. tap fee charge and requests review by USB Admin. Subcommittee.

Letter from neighbors saying that the yard has been un-kept for more than 2 years. See attached letter.
Variance for remodeling basement rental at 817 N. Park denied. Doris Sims' response to his concerns very brief. He feels he is being ignored. He wants immediate action on variance so his rental won't set vacant. See letters. (Thanks for letter sent.) XC: Julio Alonso
Customer feels that his bill is excessive and requests that an adjustment be made. Piece on stool that holds handle to the bottom broke. Customer states that CBU employee could find no leaks and flipped a switch in toilet and stated that the problem was solved. Customer feels that CBU should have checked more closely.
