overgrown vegetation. Also overgown plantings on the sothwest corner of Brownridge Road and Smith Road that obstruct the view when making a lef-hand turn.

Tenants rent property at 413 S. Highland. Landlord (K. Norbu) says high water bills are their responsibility. He did fix leaking stool, however.
Mobile home park pump station not able to pump sewer upgravity. Shannon Childers, Mgr., says they have to have sewage pumped and hauled off and feels they are paying twice for sewage disposal, plus they are fored to use water hydrants for clean-up and boaring the new force mains.

customer doesn't feel she should be responsible for charges from 2000 for and address that was in her name. She owed this property with her mother. It was a rental and the tenants never put the service in there name. She says she never received a bill for this and was unaware of any balance until it showed up on her statement due January 24th 2003.
Mr. Clark concerned with safety in Bryan Park, requested officer presence. Please see attached letter.
Ms. Anderson wrote to say how beautiful the garden plantings around town are, especially the areas around the Showers Bldg. She feels the flowers are well chosen and artfully planted and they contribute a great deal to the beauty of the city. Also, complimented the staff on the wildflower planting north of Miller Showers. (see attached letter).
Ms. Geyer wrote a letter to Michelle Fanfair thanking her for taking time to answer some of her questions about recreational opportunities at BACC. She added that the opportunities at the center are wonder for the community and it is nice to have a place where all ages and all walks of life are free to come together.
