Yard is over grown
rat problem since May, had big rat problem 4-5 years ago sources believed to be (1)709 S. Anita Street, (2)713 S Clifton Ave, (3)706 S. Rose Ave, with (2)&(3) being dilapadated, all three addresses being overgrown with weeds, or piles of compost -- possibly dog food left outdoors
bags of trash on sidewalk and animals have torn it open
overgrown weeds in the ditch, troubling, will clogg drainage
SEWER ODOR IN HOME, AFTER HOURS CALL TAKEN BY CONTROL
MOUND OF DIRT LEFT IN YARD , WOULD LIKE YARD REPAIRED
There are large pine trees along the street that have grown over into the street making it hard to see on coming vehicles.
This is a line of sight issue. There is a large shrub on the north east corner of Eastside Drive & East 1st Street that blocks the line of sight for motorists coming from the east.
