She states that trash is everywhere, trees are falling down in the yard, the grass needs cut, and that all the doors are open and wild animals are living in the house. She said that she was upset because, she was told that the house would be sealed, but this has not been done.

Customer had sewer back up on 8-23-13 CBU ran sewer line, it was ok ( see case # 133616 ) on 8-26-13 customer calls back and says Roto Rooter tv'd line and said problem is damage to sewer line where it connects to main.
