Basketball goal blocking sidewalk on N. Lincoln St. between 14th & 15th St. Chained to light pole.
On Morningside, across from Park Ridge East Park (close to tennis and basketball courts) there was a speed limit sign. When the signs were switched out with new speed limit, this one was not replaced, and now there is no sign and the traffic flies.
Owner of 415 South Woodlawn Avenue has inquired about ownership of sanitary lateral that is backing up at this location. He indicates he has had several back-ups in the couple of months. He has inquired about the possibility of CBU making repairs to this lateral. However, this is a private line and the homeowner’s responsibility. He has spoken with Tom Axsom, Rick Schroeder and Phil Peden of CBU. CBU main operating as designed.
Property at 601 Park Square Dr is piling trash behind their house. This trash blows all through the neighborhood.
