Resident of The Stands reports that the stop sign exiting her cul-de-sac has faded so much that STOP is barely readable. As well, the streetlight in the cul-de-sac has begun to flicker, and when it's off the area is very dark.

Street Lights

Caller, a resident at the Reserve at Chandler's Glen, reported a street light timing issue at the address 1488 N. Arlington Park Dr.
It sounds like the timer is not working in the light and while it turns on, this does not happen until 11 or 12 pm.
I'm not sure whether this is a city owned or privately owned light.

Cassie Slone owns Cherry Canary Vintage (214 W. 4th St). There's a metal plate across her sidewalk that is disintegrating and she's concerned that it's dangerous if someone steps into it. She believes that a similar sidewalk issue was repaired at the business next to her several months ago.
