Daniel Roussos - 812-964-9074 Reporting potholes left by street work in October. Says that with the heavy rains they eroded the ground even more and it is creating gravel debris in the street. Would like a follow up phone call.
Resident, working as a rideshare driver, reports observing traffic at the intersection of E 17th St. and N Eagleson Ave. for approximately 20 minutes. During this time several pedestrian near-misses were observed. Resident believes that Rush Week has created a situation where IU students are frequently crossing the road while distracted with their smartphones (i.e., participating in Rush-related activities). Consequently, students are using sidewalks according to existing paint markings on the road. Although 2 crosswalk curb ramps have been removed recently, paint for those crosswalks is still on the road. The paint is also impeded by mud in parts, which can be difficult for drivers to see. Students are prompting traffic to stop at 4 separate locations along E 17th St. at irregular intervals. Resident is requesting removal of old sidewalk markings and/or posting of a crosswalk closure sign.

Richard Moss - 812-639-2296 Complaint is that the road has a steep incline from the center to the curb. This is causing storm water to not drain and leave behind copious amounts of mud and debris. He would like a call back once this is looked at.
A large limb from a street tree has fallen in the road. Neighbors have moved it far enough to drive around, but it's blocking one lane.

There are potholes at 7th & Longview that caller states he's reported before and they still haven't been repaired.
I received a call from 216-337-3255, no name. The caller stated that the alleyway between Kenwood and 17th is riddled with pot holes. He also stated that he removed the snow, because it was never removed.
In Meadowood Subdivision, there is a street light at approximately 1011 E. Sassafras Circle that is blinking off for 10 minutes before flickering in and out. This street light is at the end of the pond. Homeowner states that it is the only white bulb light, all the rest are an amber light. Reporting this was Shannon Storm 812-325-1581.
