During heavy rain, storm drain is not draining fast enough
Mr Garner called to report standing water and erosion in the creek behind his house. He said the culverts under the road are about 8" higher than the ground so water stands here. He thinks it needs to be filled in and more rock added.
Customer wants storm drain cleaned out in front of her home.
Water is running down the road.
Customer believes that her sewer has not been cleaned out. And thinks that she has been missed.
Grass is growing around the storm drain and water is not flowing into it.
Run off from storm drain in back yard floods when it rains.
Water is seeping to the curb near the mail box (not all the time)
Sewer odor outside of her home.
Customer would like the supervisor over storm drains to call him, as he has some questions.
