Complaint of insufficient and unclear construction signage. Is making it difficult to get into parking lot where she works and sometimes forces her to take one way streets the wrong direction in order to access parking lot.

Complaint of traffic light timing on W. 3rd St. between College Ave. and Rogers St. When busy, the timing of lights only allows very few cars to go at all due to backup caused by the alternating green/red of every other light. Not sure if there's anything that can be done about this issue.

Poison Ivy is growing onto his property from the adjacent property on N. Walnut, the Highpoint commercial property.

Clark Miller 334-1129, 2748 E Elderberry was told when the Sare/Rogers roundabout went in that the City's ROW adjacent to his property would be maintain by the City. He says that is not happening and now the area is very overgrown. It is like this with several other properties in the area as well.

Recurring problem during warm weather months. Property owner at 1117 S. Rogers does not trim shrubs making it difficult to see oncoming traffic for motorists pulling onto Rogers from neighborhood alley. Shirley Schooley (1118 S. Madison) is usually the one who calls in and reports it.
