Phone Call: Recurring problem during warm weather months. Property owner at 1117 S. Rogers does not trim shrubs making it difficult to see oncoming traffic for motorists pulling onto Rogers from neighborhood alley. Shirley Schooley (1118 S. Madison) is usually the one who calls in and reports it.

This is a low priority LOS issue. There is parking along this side of Rogers which gives plenty of room for a vehicle to pull up past the hedges. The hedges are a few inches into the sidewalk so technically there is a violation. Need to send NOV.
