Web Form: My neighbors loaded a box spring and several bags of trash out of their house about a month ago and it hasn't moved. At least one person walking down my alley dug through this garbage, as well as several animals. They are IU students who seem to have come back about once a week, but haven't taken any trash to the curb since graduation. It's now ripped open and blowing around their yard and the alley.
