Ms. Pate believes that someone has attached an extention to a downspout and ran it to the end of the property line at 1212 S. Grant. Ms. Torres stated that in one of her bathrooms the water from the faucet came out brown and then cleared up. She has a new baby and wants her water tested to be sure it is safe for the baby to drink.
