Ms. Stidd called Mayor's office to complain about odor coming from Dillman. She says that odor is so bad they cannot sit on front porch. She feels that odor control should be part of the maintenance of the plant.

The Mayor's Office received a call from Jennifer from Stonebelt regarding the condition of a section of sidewalk across from St. Charles School in front of the Fire Station. She also states that she does not feel that it is ADA Compliant.
Staff from our office recently received a complaint from an adjacent lend owner, concerning sediment being carried onto their property from your lot. Upon being inspected, your property did indead have some erosion occuring. It is a violation of state law and county land use ordinance for dediment to be carried off of you property and onto an adjacent land owner's. I have enclosed a rough rendering of the site, depicting where the erosion is occurring, and suggestions for stabilaztion
Post Office has not cleared their front sidewalk.
