Citizen stated that there is a line of sight problem at the intersection of W. Dodds Street & Morton Street. There is weeds, etc.. that is overgrown on the stop sign post as well as the light pole. There is also weeds/brush that is overgrown near the railroad tracks. It is very difficult to see coming off of Morton Street turning onto Dodds Street.

The lot is behind and adjacent to 3209 Autumn Drive. The citizen stated the owner, who she thinks is Eric Stolberg, has maintained the lot for the past 5 years but has not done anything so far this year. She has contacted his office but has received no help. The grass is very high. She would like for someone to call her and let her know the status of the complaint.

Staff from our office recently received a complaint from an adjacent lend owner, concerning sediment being carried onto their property from your lot. Upon being inspected, your property did indead have some erosion occuring. It is a violation of state law and county land use ordinance for dediment to be carried off of you property and onto an adjacent land owner's. I have enclosed a rough rendering of the site, depicting where the erosion is occurring, and suggestions for stabilaztion

This lot is overgrown with weeds/shrubs/flowers. The weeds are obstructing a "No Parking" sign in front of the house and are starting to climb up the post of the stop sign at 6th & Elm. The weeds are over the sidewalk on 6th Street causing people to have to walk in the street. There are 2 junk cars parked in the sideyard on Elm Street.

Mrs. Burch called the HAND Dept. VERY upset over an overgrown bush and weeds as a line of sight problem at the corner of Dodds and Morton. She stated that the branches off of the bushes that are overgrown scrached her car. She stated that the City should pay for her car, and that she is going to take the weeds and branches to the Mayors office and dump them on his desk. She would like a call back on this ASAP. She stated that she never got a call back the last time she placed a complant.
