Citizen called in to report that for over a year raw sewage has been coming out from the apt. # 2301. Caller stated that mgmt has known about this problem and they just put lime dust over it. Caller also stated that the sewage runs in to the parking lot and on sidewalk.
Manhole cover off on the west side of the sidewalk on Dunn St between 8th & 9th.
SEWER WORK WAS DONE IN NEIGHBORHOOD 1 1/2 YEARS AGO AND A GLOB OF CEMENT WAS LEFT BETWEEN SIDEWALK AND CURB
Manhole cover is off and laying against a tree. Also, sidewalk has sunken in at this manhole.

Bey checked recycling - bin contained uncleaned jars/cans, as well as food and other non-recyclable items. Bey also stated that there was garbage all over yard and sidewalk. Bey called McCormick and tried to explain how to properly sort items; McCormick told him to just leave the recycling alone and she'd move it. Bey requested it be forwarded to HAND
