The first alley east on Pine St. on West Kirkwood has lots of weeds, trees hanging over the alley which scrapes vehicles passing through, and a shed build on the City ROW. House immediately west of Big Brothers & Big Sisters,who are at 714 W 8th; NE corner of Maple & 8th St, has never had grass cut this year. It's three feet tall.

Citizen says alley next to her house (between7th & 8th Streets) is very heavily travelled and vehicles use a high rate of speed. Aside from gravel being spewed into her yard, she is afraid that a child or a pet will be hurt by cars going too fast. Says she can only call Police so many times. Wants to know if speed bumps could be installed to slow down traffic through the alley.
