no notice/recycling: Dude put his recycling in a white bucket. Crew took white bucked. Crew took white bucket. Kinda wants it back. This is the 2nd time this has happened.

Water heater turned off Feb. 7th, believes there to be a problem with the heater. Turned on at her request today (March 08) but nothing done. Fears heater not functioning properly.

I explained ordinance to him. other/other/ He did get notice from us yesterday about no lid - states last windy day we had guys did not put lid back onto can & it blew away - please call him.
