flag stop request, resident is unable to carry trash out on own, and wants us to pick it up at the end of the alley
This is a vacant lot that is overgrown w/trash, old tires, rats, and there are small children playing there.
Neighbors turned front yard into circular drive a year ago, piles of cement, and dirt are still there. It's an eyesore, also uncut weeds around it. This is in Hyde Park.
The yard needs to be cleaned up. There are tall weeds. The garbage at the back door has been there since IU's graduation.
The owner, Jamar, has been having a continuous yard sale for weeks, creating intense traffic on a 1 lane street, especially on weekends. His grandchildren cannot ride their bikes. This is off Rockport Rd.
Raw sewage coming up in the back yard.
Missed recycling (actually on Woodlawn)
BUSHES OVERGROWN CAUSING A PROBLEM TRYING TO PULL OUT ONTO GRIMES LANE. THE GENTLEMAN ORIGINALLY FILED A COMPLAINT WITH "HAND" ABOUT THE BUSHES AND HIGH GRASS. THE OWNERS MOWED THE GRASS BUT THE BUSHES HAVE OVERGROWN ONTO THE SIDEWALK AND THE GENTLEMAN CANNOT GET HIS WHEELCHAIR AROUND THEM.
THE BUSHES AT THE BACK OF THE THE PROPERTY ARE OVERGROWN NEAR THE ROADWAY. THIS MAKES IT DIFFICULT FOR THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN THE HOUSE BEHIND THE ABOVE ADDRESS TO PULL OUT ONTO THE STREET. MANY TIMES THEY HAVE TO GET OUT OF THEIR VEHICLES TO DIRECT TRAFFIC. (NOTE: THIS WAS CALLED IN TO "HAND" AND REFERRED TO ENG.)
