During the last storm part of a tree on this property fell across the sidewalk and has not been moved. Students are having to walk out in the street to get around it.

Trees on private property causing a line of sight problem. J.D. has already checked & this is not in the R-O-W
Naturalized yard is growing over and blocking the public sidewalk.
Trees and shrubs over grown into the street from Maple St. to Walker.
Bushes blocking street, making it dangerous for driving
on west side of Madison between 2nd and Howe stones have fallen from a retaining wall and are on the sidewalk
Smith and Buckner: car parked in yard and partially on the sidewalk the yard generally looks junky and you can see a panel van parked on the lawn if you look south from the northern alley
Large dead evergreen tree full of vines falling into sidewalk from commercial property at or near 109 E. Allen which faces Mrs. Geiger's front yard. (John Hewett will drive by and check 7/18/00).
Bush obstructing large section of sidewalk from 316 to 320 E. 7th Street. HAND inspector feels complaint not valid, however, feels it definitely is valid.
There is a tree growing back at the alley with limbs hanging down far enough to scratch vehicles as they drive by. Several residents use this alley to get to their homes.
