Says property next door has been abandoned over a year. Metal sticking out of the walls and children play there. Safety hazard. See AO's #4710, 6442, 7115 also. Pls continue to monitor and let Mr. Jones know what we can or can't do.
CUSTOMER HAS RECURRING CLOGGING OF FAWCET AERATORS BY SMALL BITS OF LIME. SG RECOMMENDED CUSTOMER DRAIN & REFILL HOT WATER HEATER. ASKED CUSTOMER TO CALL BACK IN A WEEK IF PROBLEM HAS NOT CLEARED. 01/21/98 - SG CONTACTED A PLUMBER. PLUMBER ADVISED MR SMITH TO CHECK HOT WATER HEATER DIPSTICK. TODAY, (01/21/98) MR SMITH STOPPED IN TO SAY THAT THE DIPSTICK WAS THE PROBLEM. HEATER IS A GAS HEATER AND IS LESS THAN 3 YRS OLD.
WANTS DIRT ADDED AND GRASS RESEEDED NOW.
Customer requests water at residence tested. Has been sick and thinks it might be caused by his drinking water. SG called Dillman lab. D.S. will call customer to arrange for sample pick up.
Gutter/drain in front of her house fills up with leaves/debris. Whoever cleans it out often dumps the debris on her yard. If this is City, it should be hauled off. It's filling up now.

RECYCLING BIN STOLEN OVER THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS. WILL YOU PROVIDE HIM WITH ANOTHER BIN?

RECYCLING: REGARDING HER RECYCLING IN THE (2) RUBBERMAID CONTAINERS. YOU TOOK HER CONTAINERS BUT LEFT THE LIDS. SHE ASKED THAT THE CONTAINERS BE REPLACED OR RETURNED.
