Tony Berlin called to complain about the grass at this property getting to high, then the owner mows and lets all his grass trash blow all over neighborhood. Tony has tried to talk to the owner to ask him to pick up the trash and grass when he is finished, but he refuses.
Hawkins says there is an unimproved alley between her house, 906, and 912 W. 6th. She said there are limbs, from the trees on the 912 side, hanging into the alley way. She says it's a mess. She would like someone to call her after they look at the problem.
Trash in yard; high grass.
THE GRASS HAS ONLY BEEN MOWED ONCE THIS SUMMER - RATS HAVE BEEN SEEN COMING OUT OF THE GRASS. HE IS CONCERNED BECAUSE HIS 94 YR OLD MOTHER LIVES NEXT DOOR AND SCHOOL CHILDREN WALK PAST THIS PROPERTY.
This lot is overgrown with weeds/shrubs/flowers. The weeds are obstructing a "No Parking" sign in front of the house and are starting to climb up the post of the stop sign at 6th & Elm. The weeds are over the sidewalk on 6th Street causing people to have to walk in the street. There are 2 junk cars parked in the sideyard on Elm Street.

House on the corner of 8th and Jackson has really high grass and weeds. The gentleman calling claims to have seen rats in there also.
Overgrown grass. The house next door also has overgrown grass.
back yard over grown on perimeter and lots of growth starting to encroach into the alley. All of this over growth is catching litter thus creating a mess.
