M-B/Missed pick-up/recycling: no notice left
TENANT SAID DIRTY WATER SINCE CITY FLUSHED HYDRANTS YESTERDAY
There are two commercial dumpster outside of 111 N. Dunn Street. The dumpsters are full of rodents and there are tenants above that can not even open their windows without smelling the garbage.
Raw sewage coming from the rear of the house located at 819 N. Grant to the front sidewalk and driveway of the house located at 322 E. 12th St. Mr. Wisher contacted the residents at 819 N. Grant last week but nothing has been done.
Missed pick-up/trash: Had stickers on trash bags, no notice left.
Monday B/Missed pick-up/recycling
There is trash on the sidewalk, front yard, and back yard. It has been there for weeks. There are now cars parked on the front lawn.
There are people who are putting their trash on her trash cans ( she has a private hauler) & they also put their recycleables there too. She thinks that the address of the people who do this is 513 W. 8th St. ( she says she can see their mail throught the trash bags.)
CUSTOMER WAS COMPLAINING THAT WHERE CBU CUT THE ROAD IN FRONT OF HER RESIDENCE AND HAD REPAIRED (SHE THOUGHT) WAS SINKING IN AND ALSO ON THE CORNER OF 12TH AND PARK AND 12TH AND INDIANA WAS SINKING IN.
