A huge tree fell and smashed this trailer. The trailer has been previously condemmend but they were still living here. Tree has caused serious damage and is still on the trailer. Trailer now has no power, and is "poped open" from the tree.
Sidewalk adjacent to Eastland Plaza has not been cleared, "and they never do it!" Caller hopes we kick them in the tushy.
Customer said sewage is leaking in the tree plot in front of her home.
