Residents causing a rat problem by dumping trash in the alley behind 108 E 6th; the alley going east/west between N Walnut and N Washington.
A citizen called in and reported that the sidewalk in front of 108 W. 6th St. has not been shoveled.
There are two commercial dumpster outside of 111 N. Dunn Street. The dumpsters are full of rodents and there are tenants above that can not even open their windows without smelling the garbage.
