Residents hiding trash on the north side of the house, next to the bushes. Trash has accumulated for 1 1/2 months and smells terrible.

Resident stated that when you pull out of Deckard Drive onto 10th Street you cannot see traffic coming from the west because of a tree branch. Can someone check this out? Thanks
