Received a complaint from Julia Tobin at 4307 E. Bill Mallory Blvd regarding a 6" hole near the neighborhood mailboxes at the end of her driveway. It appears to be a location for fiber optics(?). She called AT&T but they said it was the city's issue. She's concerned that this hole could cause an injury. Who needs to be contacted to take care of this hole? Her ph# 812-345-3399. Anonymous phone call regarding an overflowing trash cart described as being in or near a parking space on 7th and Morton. Caller does not know who if it is supposed to be there or if was moved to that location by another person.
