Mr. Plucker contacted the Public Works Department 12/19/2003. Mr. Plucker called Insight customer service to inquire about Insightbb and to see if there were any specials if someone were to sign up for the service. The Insight rep. told Mr. Plucker that there were no deals for the Insightbb service. A few days later Mr. Plucker heard an advertisement on the radio for the Insightbb service offering a special, he then contacted Insight in hopes of getting the service at the special price.

There are several bags of trash up next to the house. The bags have been there several days. They have trash stickers on them but the tenant will not take the bags down to the street. The cats in the neighborhood are now getting into the trash and it is being blown around.

Norma was out with a Streets crew this morning collecting leaves and called with a line of sight issue at the NW corner of Skyline Drive and Kinser Pike. She said a pine tree that sits on the resident's side of the sidewalk blocks the view both north and south when trying to pull out on the street.
