Continuing problems with grass not being mowed; especially the back yard which is about 7 feet tall in some areas.

The back yard is full of cat litter and old furniture.
Grass is at least 2 feet high
yard has junk everywhere and has an abandoned vehicle. Also the house appears to be unsafe. Nieghbors have seen animals going into to the house through holes in the walls.
At the house owned by Mrs. Cuffy across from 1608 E. 2nd St. there are branches and Vegetaion cut that are lying on the yard and partially on the sidewalk. The same problem exists at the corner of 2nd and Mitchell facing east side dr. Mr. Pipher would like for whoever does the complaint to call him and let him know who is responsible for the branches.
2306 E. Wimbleton Lane is closest address to the vacant lot at the intersection of South Montclair Avenue & Wimbleton Lane. The vacant lot is overgrown and in need of mowing. According to GIS, this lot is owned by Barbara Witte, 1604 Oakdale Drive, who owes the city for weed removal and demolition services. The citizen who called in stated that the lot looks terrible and needs to be mowed.
Ms. Lee called in to inform the City that the Hyde Park Subdivision has a lot of tree foliage that hangs over the sidewalks. She said that Olcott Blvd. & Forrester St. are the worst.
Mr. Craig believes we own a portion of land located at Thompson Park Dr & Country Side Ln. There are mulberry limbs on sidewalk. Trimmed tree with stacked limbs. He says we need to pick them up.
Lawn is really high and needs mowing. The occupant is disabled and neighbors used to mow it for him but now their are No Trespassing signs up so they can't go on the property.
Corner of Davisson & W. 3rd is overgrown with weeds causing pedestrians to walk in the street.
